The Delicate Art of Aerospace

Shaving a few grams off a composite wing structure sounds brilliant in a design meeting, until you realise you’ve subtly altered the thermal management environment. Adding a bit more power to a payload instantly puts a spotlight on your battery systems. It’s a delicate balancing act where pulling one small thread can create a surprising amount of homework for three other systems.

And as anyone in this industry knows, physics rarely checks your project delivery schedule before causing a complication.
